Cut the Crap – Swapping the Bad for the Good

You’re sad, alone and vulnerable, craving a sugary snack perhaps? You’re about to reach for another Minstrel when there’s a knock on your door. “Hi it’s me, Cellulite. My friend Acne and I are coming to live with you for a bit.” Rather than inviting these gangsters into your home/body, slam that door, lock your windows and seek your treat hit elsewhere. I really don’t think it’s a good idea to go all Charlies Angels II: Full Throttle with abolishing crap from your life but if you crave something sweet on the reg then there are plenty of alternatives that are free from gluten, sugar and dairy but still retain a surprising amount of fun. Here are my tried and tested alternatives:

BYE NOW: Pepperridge Farm Cookies for Cherrybrooks Kitchen Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix (Available at Wholefoods)

LATERS: Pop-Secret for Quinn Popcorn (Available on amazon.com)

 

 OVER IT: Mars Bar for Raw Chocolate Co Vanoffe Bar (Available nationwide)

JOG ON: Haribo GoldBaren for Biona Fruit Bears (Available nationwide)
